Please be advised that on June 2, 2021, the City of Ottawa received a complete Zoning By-law Amendment application for 1649 Montreal Road & 741 Blair Road. The site is located on the northeast corner of Montreal Road and Blair Road. The applicant is seeking permission to rezone the lands to a 26-storey mixed-use building that will have approximately 773 square metres of commercial/retail space at-grade and 243 residential dwelling units above. This proposal includes a 4-storey podium at the base of the building.
This is only an initial “heads-up”; you will soon be circulated the application.
