The draft New Official Plan proposes six different Transects areas across the City. Planning by Transect will allow the City of Ottawa to recognize the different contexts of the City\u2019s varied geography and provide guidance as to how each area is to evolve.<\/p>\n

City Planners have been working hard to review all of the feedback received on the draft policies released in November 2020. A summary of these themes and responses can be found in the New Official Plan City-Wide Interim As We Heard It report. <\/a><\/p>\n

This session will help residents learn what changes are being proposed and how this planning approach will apply to their neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

La version provisoire du nouveau Plan officiel propose l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de six diff\u00e9rents transects d\u2019un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre de la ville. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019approche urbaniste du transect, la Ville d\u2019Ottawa pourra tenir compte des diff\u00e9rents contextes de sa vari\u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique et sera en mesure de bien orienter l\u2019\u00e9volution de chaque secteur.<\/p>\n

Les urbanistes de la Ville mettent tout en \u0153uvre pour prendre connaissance de tous les commentaires qui nous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adress\u00e9s sur les politiques provisoires publi\u00e9es en novembre 2020. Vous trouverez la synth\u00e8se des th\u00e8mes de ces commentaires et des r\u00e9ponses qui y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9es dans le rapport provisoire ci-joint sur \u00ab Ce que nous avons entendu \u00bb pour l\u2019ensemble de la Ville. <\/a><\/p>\n

Ces s\u00e9ances aideront les r\u00e9sidents et les r\u00e9sidentes \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir de quelle fa\u00e7on les commentaires ont orient\u00e9 les travaux des urbanistes de la Ville.<\/p>\n
