On May 2nd, 2023, at the Beacon Hill North Community Centre, your BHCA will be holding another round of elections for the executive board.<\/p>\n
From 7pm to 8:30 pm any member in good standing can arrive and vote. If there is a lineup to vote at 8:30pm, when doors close, all members in line will still be allowed to vote.<\/p>\n
If you wish to listen to campaign speeches, they will begin at 7:15pm, and be chosen by random draw within each category\/position (see below for alphabetical list by category\/position). The length of the speeches (and the random drawing) will be 3 minutes maximum as decided by our chief electoral officer. You needn’t stay to listen to speeches if you don’t want to, you may arrive, vote and leave, any time between 7pm and 8:30pm. As voted on by the executive at the board meeting following our Annual General Meeting, this election is the only item for business to be tabled at the Special General Meeting.<\/p>\n

President <\/strong> –<\/p>\n Eco Chair<\/strong> –<\/p>\n Education Relations<\/strong> –<\/p>\n Civics Chair<\/strong> –<\/p>\n Special Events\/Programs<\/strong> Le 2 mai 2023, au Beacon Hill North Community Centre, votre BHCA organisera un autre tour d’\u00e9lections pour le conseil ex\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n De 19 h \u00e0 20 h 30, tout membre en r\u00e8gle peut se pr\u00e9senter et voter. S’il y a une file d’attente pour voter \u00e0 20 h 30, \u00e0 la fermeture des portes, tous les membres en file seront toujours autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 voter.<\/p>\n Si vous souhaitez \u00e9couter les discours de campagne, ils d\u00e9buteront \u00e0 19h15, et seront tir\u00e9s au sort au sein de chaque cat\u00e9gorie\/poste (voir ci-dessous la liste alphab\u00e9tique par cat\u00e9gorie\/poste). La dur\u00e9e des discours et du tirage au sort sera de 3 minutes maximum selon d\u00e9cision de notre directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des \u00e9lections. Vous n’\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9 de rester pour \u00e9couter les discours si vous ne le souhaitez pas, vous pouvez arriver, voter et partir, \u00e0 tout moment entre 19h et 20h30.
